Don joined Baird in 2026 as a Financial Advisor and brings over 30 years of financial advisory, fiduciary, and investment management experience.
Prior to joining Baird, Don served as Chief Growth Officer at Goelzer Investment Management. In addition to driving strategic growth initiatives, he advised select institutional and private clients, served as a member of the leadership team, and helped enhance the firm’s G•PRO Sports line of business. Don also was a co-portfolio manager of the firm’s non-traditional strategy and served on the firm’s private market assets committee.
Don serves as an investment committee member for Independent Colleges of Indiana and as a board member for the USA Volleyball Foundation. Additionally, he is the Co-Founder of the Indy Ignite, a Pro Volleyball Federation franchise.
Prior to joining Goelzer, Don was a Managing Director and Senior Vice President at JPMorgan. He also previously served as an Investment Consultant at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.
Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning degree from Purdue University and holds the Licensed International Financial Analyst (LIFA) designation.
